The rapid increase in the use of computers has led to development of an applicable body of laws. While some aspects are dealt with by traditional legal principles and methods, there are many that are peculiar to the electronic world.
Questions often arise concerning privacy, abuse of the internet, abuse of private and confidential material improperly or accidentally obtained and competing claims to website names.
