Roger Fenton has for many years specialised in civil litigation and providing advice with an emphasis on land law, personal property and equity. He has handled a wide range of disputes both in court and in mediation. He has appeared in most courts in New Zealand with particular emphasis on the High Court. Roger has given seminars on commercial leases and the High Court Rules. In addition to writing leading texts on the law of personal property and choses in action, Roger was invited to be a founding contributor to the Conveyancing Bulletin in 1982 and has written articles and case notes in this area since 1977.
